Mission
Why I Built Cravo
For many people, revenge is a better motivator than plain knowledge. Knowing your health will improve, knowing you'll live longer — that doesn't move the needle. But having an enemy to beat? That sharpens you. That makes you unstoppable.
I've always been wired this way. Early in my career, people said I wasn't a good speaker. They said I wouldn't land a good job. That doubt became fuel. A few years later, I was one of the top earners in my class.
A couple of years ago, people called me out for being overweight. I turned it into a fight. I visualised it as an opponent I had to beat. I lost 12 kilos in three to four months.
Then I quit vaping using the exact same trick: I visualised an enemy in my head — someone trying to keep me addicted. I beat them. That worked better than any plain motivation or willpower speech.
Here's what I realised: quitting an addiction is something entirely within your control. You can't control where you're born, your height, your early opportunities. You can't control half the things that shape you. But this? Entirely on you. No excuses. No circumstances to blame.
And here's the thing — smoking and vaping feel good in the moment. But over time, they're a tax on everything else. Your energy. Your health. Your focus. Your goals. Whether you're trying to get fit, build wealth, climb your career, or anything else — this habit is the anchor holding you back. Quitting isn't deprivation. It's removing the thing slowing you down on every goal you actually care about.
"Beating an enemy, outlasting them, winning — that high is better than any smoke or vape can give you. I've felt both."
Believe me. I've felt both. That rush of actually winning against something that had you trapped? That's the best high in my life. I built Cravo to give you access to that. Not just to quit smoking or vaping. But to feel what it's like to beat something that seemed unbeatable.
Meet Your Enemy
Cravo is your villain.
Every day you don't give in, he gets weaker. Every craving you outlast is a round you won.
If you're the type who wins against doubters,
you'll win against him too.
