Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not through Cravo directly. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Cravo
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Cravo and go to the paywall screen (visible after onboarding or when accessing premium features). Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

I'm having technical issues with the app.

Email us at [email protected] with the following information so we can help you faster:

  • Your iPhone model
  • Your iOS version
  • Your Cravo app version (found in the app's Settings)
  • A description of what's happening
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible

Where is my quit journey data stored?

All of your personal data — including your name, quit date, daily progress, streaks, and personal notes — is stored entirely on your device. We do not have access to it. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up your iPhone regularly.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Cravo purchase and select Report a Problem
  4. Choose Request a refund and follow the prompts

Apple decides whether to grant the refund based on their policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

My free trial isn't showing up.

Free trials are only available to new subscribers who have not previously trialed Cravo Premium. If you've used a trial before — even on a different plan — you won't see the option again. Trial eligibility is set by Apple and we cannot override it.

Cravo's villain isn't shrinking — is the app working?

Cravo evolves visually as you hit milestones in your quit journey. Make sure your quit date is set correctly (check the app's Settings). The villain transformations happen at specific milestones, not continuously, so you may need to check back after your next milestone day. If something seems wrong, email us with a screenshot.

Does Cravo work for both smoking and vaping?

Yes. Cravo is designed for both nicotine delivery methods — cigarettes, cigars, Juul, vape pods, disposables, and any other form of nicotine. You select your habit type during onboarding, and the app's content adapts accordingly.
