These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cravo mobile application ("Cravo", "the app", or "the Service"), developed and operated by Abhishek Gangadhar ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, India.

By downloading, installing, or using Cravo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Cravo

Cravo is a mobile application designed to support people who want to quit smoking or vaping. The app provides motivational tools, tracking features, and interactive exercises to help you on your quit journey.

2. Not Medical Advice

Cravo is not a medical product, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content and features in Cravo (including the SOS exercises, progress tracking, and motivational content) are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

If you have health concerns related to smoking, vaping, nicotine dependence, or withdrawal symptoms, consult your doctor or a qualified health professional. If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

We make no claims or guarantees that using Cravo will result in you successfully quitting smoking or vaping. Individual results vary.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cravo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Cravo offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly: US $9.99 per month
Annual: US $59.99 per year
Lifetime: US $99.99 (one-time payment)

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency on the App Store. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscription periods you have already paid for.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period from time to time. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

4.3 Billing and Renewal

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Cravo for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app's systems or infrastructure
Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any of its content
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app or its content

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Cravo — including but not limited to text, graphics, the Cravo villain character, illustrations, animations, user interface design, logos, and software code — is owned by Abhishek Gangadhar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

"Cravo" and associated branding are trademarks of Abhishek Gangadhar. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7. User Data and Privacy

Your use of Cravo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Cravo, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Your personal quit journey data — including your name, quit date, habits, daily progress, and personal notes — is stored entirely on your device. We do not transmit this information to our servers or to any third party. Anonymous usage analytics, subscription status, and error reports are sent to our third-party providers (Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and Sentry) as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend backing up your device regularly, as we cannot recover locally-stored data if lost.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cravo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
The app will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Any errors in the app will be corrected
Using the app will result in you quitting smoking or vaping

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abhishek Gangadhar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Cravo.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abhishek Gangadhar from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Cravo or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or on our website. Your continued use of Cravo after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Cravo at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

13. Third-Party Services

Cravo integrates with third-party services including Apple's App Store, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Sentry. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Cravo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Australia, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Cravo, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
